How Foods can stop your hair loss?

Lot of modalities are there to stop hair loss, one of them is food you eat .
Here I give a short but effective list of foods for hairs…

1.    Iron, sulphur , zinc
2.    Protein and biotin
3.    Dry fruits and nuts
4.    Vitamins
5.    Seafood

1.    Iron is essential for good health of hair follicle. Iron allows other nutrients to be more easily absorbed by the hair follicles by allowing your scalp to get a good flow of blood, and sulphur promotes hair growth by improving circulation in the blood to the scalp and decreases inflammation, helping prevent hair loss. Iron is an important part of hemoglobin production. Hemoglobin is responsible for getting oxygen to the tissues of the body. Without it your hair won't grow.

Recommend food of iron : Beef, Liver, Soy beans, Chickpeas, lentils, couscous, seaweed, fortified breakfast cereals, pumpkin, dark green leafy vegetables


2. Protein and Biotin
     Hair is mostly made of keratin and protein so a diet rich in protein is your fastest ticket to        encourage hair growth and prevent hair loss.
    Recommend food : Eggs, Chicken, kidney, low-fat cheese, beans and some fruit and vegetables

3. Dried fruit, nuts
      Dried fruit and nuts are a great source of vitamin E which enhances blood circulation on the scalp and inositol which maintains healthy hair follicles.
   Recommend dried fruit and nuts food : Almonds, Chicken, kidney, low-fat cheese, beans and some fruit and vegetables.
Almonds are a good source of protein, Iron and Vitamin E. Almonds also help to lower cholesterol helping you avoid having to take cholesterol lowering drugs in the future. Some cholesterol lowering drugs actually cause hair loss.
4.  Vitamin C
 Vitamin C is a large part of development which is essential for hair growth. Vitamin C helps make meat and soy sources of Iron more absorbable.
       Recommend Vitamin C food : Oranges, Fruits such as kiwis, blueberries, blackcurrants, papaya, and mangoes.Silica can prevent hair loss-     The body uses silica to help it absorb vitamins and minerals; if you're not consuming silica,eating your vitamins might not be helping much.
Recommend silica food : Bean sprouts,Red and green peppers, potatoes and whole wheat

 5. Seafood
Fish contains sulphur and provides essential fatty acids necessary for the maintenance of healthy hair and skin zinc-rich foods such as mussels, shrimp and oysters can help prevent hair loss by strengthening the hair follicles. Seafood is a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B-6.
