Hi I am Dr. Pawan Shahane
After My Internship, I come to know about my inclination to surgery and fascination lead to passion for surgery and I have M.S. general surgery from G.M.C. Nagpur. Here I am thoroughly trained in basics of surgery and worked with different teachers; grasping all the good and learning all the best knowledge and training they were offering me in surgery. I am trained in all the general surgical procedures and even laparoscopy surgeries. During general surgery days, I have worked in treating and researching Breast cancer patients.
          I was greatly impressed with the scope and results of plastic surgery. Removing the deformity and helping people lead life in confident , functional  and humanly way, really pulled me to plastic surgery. Soon thereafter, I took up the Super-Speciality in Plastic Surgery (M.Ch.) course at Sir Sayajirao general Hospital and Baroda Medical College, Vadodara, for the sheer gratification of beautifying lives through aesthetic surgery and "promptly visible results" offered by plastic surgery. I worked with and learned plastic surgical skills from Dr. Yogesh Bhatt (exProf. & H.O.D.) and Dr. Kinnari Vyas (Prof & HOD), and 9 other expert plastic surgeons, who believe in clinical & practical learning as well as academic learning through academic sessions regularly.
I gained experience from hand injuries, faciomaxillary injuries, upper limb and lower limb trauma, open fractures in upper limb and lower limb (where we used to work in collaboration of orthopedic surgeon), congenital anomalies,head neck face cancer patients reconstruction using locoreginal flaps and free flaps, cosmetic surgeries, laser, aesthetic surgeries like breast reduction, augmentation, liposuctioning, abdominoplasties, hair transplantation  and many more.
         I joined DrBatras Aesthetic solutions(Bperfect) pvt ltd. a multi national company. The gujarat center is located at ahmedabad and I started the clinic from dust and then developed it to the leading center in India. I refined my skills while working with DrBatras aesthetic solutions pvt.ltd. , a multinational company leading in providing cosmetic and aesthetic surgeries and hair transplantation. Being a perfectionist; through continuous learning I polished my skills in all plastic surgery procedures, so that I can do justice to the patients believing and taking treatment under me.

          I  am Now practicing in Nagpur ,which is my home town and paying a little tribute to the home land.
